A peer support group for individuals
who have lost a loved one to suicide


Meetings  

Meetings will take place on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 7 pm—9pm at The Canadian Mental Health Association—Kingston Branch– 6 Ordnance Street. For more information please call 613-549-7027.

Guiding Principles  

Group is facilitated by a trained Peer Supporter
Attendance is "as needed"
You may speak or not speak; it is your choice
Group members respect one another's confidentiality
If you feel uncomfortable with any topic, please feel free to leave the room for a break
